NIDE has cooperated with Embraco, which is one of the biggest world manufacturer in the hermetic compressor market, in automatic stator production line since January 2016.

Compressor motor is featured as small slot, high slot filling rate. Due to its feature, it is hard to insert coil into the slot. And it is hard to ensure the quanlified rate. The manual production time for single stator will be 20min. 

 

Nide compressor motor production line adopts full automated stator machines with mechnical arm and conveyor. With high automation, this stator production line can reduce labor cost and improve the efficiency. The production time for single stator will be 20s . By using Nide machine, customer could greatly improve the efficiency and qualified rate. 

 

This stator production line includes paper inserting machine, coil winding machine, winding inserting machine, pre-forming machine,  lacing machine, middle forming machine, final forming machine.

 

Paper inserting machine 

 

The cutting edge of insulation paper should be neat, no damage, and free of burr. The stator should not be deformation and stator lamination should not be upward resulting from paper inserting.

The whole set of tooling can be changed, and it takes about 30min.

Machine will stop automatically when paper jams.

With a text displayer, this machine can display and set all different models’ parameter.

Primary qualification rate ≥99%, after rework, the rate ≥99.9%

 

Eight stations Coil winding machine

This machine has four winding heads and eight operation stations. High efficiency is its feature. The machine automatically put the coil into transfer former orderly, especially suitable for high production capacity requirement, high slot filling rate, small slot opening stator coil winding. Winding mode, such as auto skip, auto cutting and auto indexing could be completed at a time successively; parameter could be set in human-machine interface. Continuous/discontinues winding way and meets the 2 poles. 4 poles, 6 poles coils winding.

 

Three stations Winding inserting machine

This machine adopts movable winding inserting tooling with three working station. One is used to equip with mechanical arm to transfer the coil to the station. The second one is used to cut and form wedge. The third is used to do coil and wdge inserting. This machine is with single-tooth wedge protective function and two sides'mechanical loading and unlaoding function. It can transfer the stator to the automatic stator prodcution line. The working efficacy is very high with three working station. 

 

Pre-forming machine

This machine adopts whole hydraulic system and PCL program.This machine can adjust the forming stack length by changing washer.Form the OD, and ID of the stator core coil without forming hang over to facilitate operator to put phase isolator.After forming, there is no copper wire enamel broken or wire snap.Changing a new tooling is easy and convenient.Both slot paper and wedge should not be damaged or turned over. The stator should not be deformation or stator lamination should not be upward. There is no wire enamel broken.Production capacity ≤15s/set (exclude loading/unloading time)Primary qualification rate ≥99%, after rework, the rate ≥99.9%This machine adopts safety grating protection system. Operator need to stand when operating.Machine adopts two hands simultaneously start button to ensure safety.

 

Lacing machine

This machine adopts turntable plates structure with four working station, equipped with stator pressing device, auto feeding device, auto wire feeding device, auto knotting device, auto cutting device and ect. Overhang winding adopts twin needle lacing simultaneously. Needle transpositioning, hooking and stator indexing are controlled by five spindle servo system. Different lacing pattern can be set, such as slot by slot lacing, interval slot lacing and fancy lacing. With fast speed, low noise, simple operation and easy tooling change, this machine can be connected to automatic stator production line.

 

Middle forming machine

This machine adopts whole hydraulic system and PCL program.This machine can adjust the forming stack length by changing washer.This machine has five oil cylinders which work individually to expend inner coil, wrap outer coil and form hang over. After forming, there is no copper wire enamel broken or wire snap. and coil OD and ID is close to the final forming dimension.Both slot paper and wedge should not be damaged or turned over. The stator should not be deformation or stator lamination should not be upward. There is no wire enamel broken.Production capacity ≤14s/set (exclude loading/unloading time)Primary qualification rate ≥98.5%, after rework, the rate ≥99.5%This machine adopts safety grating protection system. Operator need to stand when operating.Machine adopts two hands simultaneously start button to ensure safety.

 

Final forming machine

This machine adopts whole hydraulic system and PCL program.This machine can adjust the forming stack length by changing washer. Both slot paper and wedge should not be damaged or turned over. The stator should not be deformation or stator lamination should not be upward. There is no wire enamel broken.. Production capacity ≤13s/set (exclude loading/unloading time). Primary qualification rate ≥99.5%, after rework, the rate ≥99.9%. This machine adopts safety grating protection system. Operator need to stand when operating. Machine adopts two hands simultaneously start button to ensure safety.
